Our Symposium draws heavily on material from WWF One Planet Living, Transition Towns and 'Awaken the Dreamer' As such, it is helping to catalyse an unprecedented grassroots movement for positive change.
Carefully chosen as the primary educational element for Bike the Earth, the symposium enables our 'expedition' to be uniquely flexible roadshow…
One that can engage audiences in conference rooms or community centres, in schools or in stadiums, on Tall Ships or in mud huts.
As well as delivering symposiums, the Bike the Earth team will - wherever possible - either deliver, or help arrange, the follow-up training that enables participants to the present the symposium themselves. And so the storytelling snowball.
Together, these two elements will help tap the latent instinct for positive change that already exists in every country through which the Bike the Earth expedition will pass.
